We provide communications solutions – training solutions, sales and marketing solutions, compliance solutions, corporate communications solutions – and a few other things thrown in for good measure !

We do it by creating the right content, on the right delivery platform (s) for the right price for our clients. Don’t take our word for it – go to our portfolio section and see who we’ve worked with, for how long we’ve worked with them, and the range of things we’ve done with them. And all the Awards we’ve won may not directly mean diddley squat to anyone – but bear in mind that each one has been awarded by objective bodies, many from across the UK and beyond - and we’ve never nominated ourselves for anything – for all 8 of them, it was various clients who nominated us for the work we’d done with them.

What exactly can we do ? Again, a broad range of what we’ve actually done can be found in the portfolio section. How we actually produce this is a mixture of camera work, editing, graphics, programming, copy writing and project management. All of this we do ourselves – hence a lot of our clients tell us it’s simply a lot easier to work with us, as they’ve got one point of contact who is also responsible for delivering the whole project from initial conceptualization right through to publication/ project sign off.

“One point of contact” is not actually semantically correct though – Phil, Russ and Huw are equally accessible to all the people we work with. Some prefer just to deal with one or the other of us, others are quite happy to deal with whoever answers the phone or the e mail first.

People (Consultants ?) often ask us to define what our USP is. That’s so difficult. We create video, usually from a situation where video isn’t the obvious, traditional answer. But that doesn’t make us different, or unique, to thousands of other companies. We can set it in an interactive context – again, that doesn’t make us that different to a lot of CD Rom or DVD authoring companies. We can put it on the web – OK, a bit different, but more and more people are doing this every day now. Put all of these things together, and you’re beginning to get to a bit of a differentiator – and then there’s that “x” factor beyond that which is the myriad of things which makes one company different to the others.

We are different – spend a day with us, and you’ll probably get a better handle than we have on it, but then maybe we’re too close to it. We’ve got loads of lovely, unsolicited testimonials from people – come and read and hear those, and maybe that will throw some more light on it.

We’re into our 6th year as a business now, and every day gets better, every new challenge gets a more vigorous response than the last one. We really enjoy what we do. We have a lot of fun. We argue a lot. We’ve got a few scars. We seem to come out of it all with an even bigger smile on our faces. Maybe that’s the secret…
